What happens on the free call
The first conversation is a free 30-minute strategy session, by video or in person at our Chicago office. We start by understanding your student: their grade, their school, their coursework, their activities and the colleges they are considering. From there we give you an honest read on where your student stands, what admissions readers are likely to see, and what is still in your hands. There is no pitch and no contract. If it makes sense to keep working together, we talk through which option fits: hourly sessions, a Roadmap, or Full Service support.
Office and hours
Our office is at 401 N Michigan Avenue, Suite 1200, in downtown Chicago. We are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week, and we work with families across the US by video.
